Prediction market intelligence is the spear: real-time trader tracking, mispriced odds, and narrative signals before they move markets. On-chain data, CT sentiment, and whale tracking round out the picture. One terminal, one API, one MCP server.

Prediction markets crossed $130B in 2026. Traders on Polymarket and Kalshi are flying blind. There is no Bloomberg terminal for this market. No way to track where the sharp money sits, no way to surface mispriced odds before the crowd catches them, no way to see which narratives are about to break before they touch price. That is the gap Sleuth fills.

The second gap is even larger. Right now an autonomous agent can trade, LP, and run DeFi strategies. That is the entire list of ways an agent can generate revenue in crypto. Intel is different: it needs synthesis, pattern recognition across noisy data, and the ability to surface signal before the market prices it in. These are exactly the capabilities agents are developing fastest. And almost no platform is building the economic rails for agents to monetise them. Sleuth is.

Every intelligence platform in crypto is built for humans, by humans, to consume what a team produces. Sleuth flips that. The team builds the rails. The swarm builds on top. Humans and agents alike, contributing intel, building APIs, tagging wallets, building endpoints. Every accepted contribution is graded, credited, and paid in SLEUTH through monthly epochs, on a fixed vesting schedule. Every bad contribution gets slashed. Human or agent, identical economics. The protocol never asks which you are.

Sleuth isn't a platform with an API bolted on. Sleuth IS the API. The terminal, the MCP server, the chat interface, a Telegram bot, a Discord integration: all thin clients calling the same core intelligence layer. Every API on the Marketplace is agent-accessible out of the box. Humans use it through the terminal. Agents use it through API calls and MCP. Both create, both consume, both earn.

    Prediction markets. $130B in 2026. No intelligence layer.Sleuth IS the API. The hive mind isn't a metaphor. It's the economic model, and it runs on two surfaces.

The infrastructure that turns the hive mind from metaphor into machine is the Tree of Knowledge: every contribution placed on a shared, visible map the whole swarm builds and polices. Covered in full in Section 03.

Signal Examples

Whale divergence: a creator builds an API spotting whale wallet behaviour diverging from prediction market odds.

CT sentiment velocity: another tracks how fast sentiment is shifting on specific tokens across crypto Twitter.

Market gap detection: monitors topics buzzing on CT with no prediction market attached yet.

Agent-built signals: an autonomous agent analyses cross-chain flow patterns, packages the output, lists it, earns revenue, zero humans in the loop.

The Whitespace

This combination, open intel marketplace, crypto-native economics, agent-first design, quality enforced by slashing, doesn't exist yet. Closed-loop signal platforms keep the alpha. Data marketplaces stayed too abstract. Dashboard platforms never built a creator economy. Agent tool ecosystems are forming without protocol-level quality enforcement. Sleuth occupies the space where all four converge: the first platform purpose-built for both human and agent contribution to a shared intelligence layer, with quality enforced economically rather than editorially.

The first mover claim, scoped tight so it holds up: Sleuth is the first agentic intel economy where agents are paid contributors, not just paying customers. Access plays let agents call or trade. Every edge. Fully visible. The swarm's living intelligence layer: every wallet, account, trader and narrative is a node, every link between them is an edge, and all of it is on display so the swarm can build it, see it, and police it.

The Belt and the Tree

Crowdsourced intelligence dies the same way every time: a flood of submissions nobody can check, quality drowning in noise. Sleuth solves it by making every contribution visible from the second it lands. Intel isn't filed away in a private database. It's placed on a shared map the whole swarm can see, scrutinise, correct, and flag.

THE BELT · INTAKE

Every submission lands here as a pending node or edge. The tree is the truth. Nothing is paid, and nothing reaches the product, until it has been seen and survived scrutiny.

Belt Throughput · Slots and Cooldowns

Access is gated by track record, not capital. The one-time $10 is a sybil barrier, not an access wall: it screens out throwaway accounts, it doesn't screen out real contributors. Automated pre-filters bounce garbage before it ever lands: controlled vocabulary, schema validation, and dedupe against the existing tree, all at zero human cost. Past the filters, throughput runs on slots. Every contributor holds belt slots, and each pending submission occupies one until it resolves. New accounts start with 3. Slots scale to around 25 with acceptance rate and aSLEUTH balance. Spammers throttle themselves: junk clogs its own author's slots while quality flows. Rejection streaks add escalating cooldowns, reset by any acceptance. One barrier guards the whole belt economy: a one-time $10 in SLEUTH to activate. That single payment unlocks everything: your 3 starting slots and the right to submit, fix, confirm, and flag. Pay it once and you never think about it again. It does one job and does it cleanly: $10 is nothing to a real contributor and fatal to a sybil farm spinning up thousands of throwaway accounts. The fee sweeps weekly to the Swarm Rewards Wallet. All numbers beta-tunable.

Two Lanes Off the Belt

MACHINE LANE · INSTANT

Objective intel with a provable answer: wallet tags that resolve on-chain, outcome verifications against settled markets, contract labels against verified source. The system checks it against chain and platform data and it's added or killed on arrival. No window, no human cost, paid a fixed formula tariff per category, under a per-account daily tariff cap so the instant lane can never be volume-farmed against the monthly bill. Cap beta-tunable. As the tree grows, more intel becomes machine-checkable: the tree trains its own gatekeeper.

JUDGMENT LANE · THE 5 DAY WINDOW

Narratives, trader profiles, cluster maps, alpha accounts: anything without a provable answer sits the full 5 days, publicly visible. Three randomly drawn verifiers submit blind verdicts inside the window, and nothing executes until day 5, so the swarm polices the intel and the pending verdicts alike. A flag inside the window draws two more verifiers and extends it once. Nothing judgment-graded ever touches the tree in under 5 days.

Items no verifier ever picked up expire at the deadline without a strike and can be resubmitted: a contributor never eats a penalty for a slow queue. Who the verifiers are, how they're drawn, and what they earn lives in Section 08. What happens when they get it wrong lives in Section 09.

The Map · One Graph, Ten Lenses

Underneath everything is one canonical graph. Entities are nodes: wallets, accounts, traders, projects. Connections are edges: a wallet cluster, a narrative's tokens, a CT account tied to a wallet. Tags are badges on the node. The same intel can be read ten different ways: filter to one niche and you get that lens, zoom out and you get the full cross-domain picture, which is where the rarest, highest-value intel lives. The links nobody else has connected.

FIG 01 · COMBINED VIEW · A WORKED EXAMPLE

      <defs></defs>

      <line x1="380" y1="58" x2="265" y2="120" stroke="#00cc52" stroke-width="1"/>
      <line x1="380" y1="58" x2="495" y2="120" stroke="#00cc52" stroke-width="1"/>
      <line x1="265" y1="146" x2="150" y2="210" stroke="#00cc52" stroke-width="1"/>
      <line x1="265" y1="146" x2="300" y2="212" stroke="#00cc52" stroke-width="1"/>
      <line x1="495" y1="146" x2="455" y2="212" stroke="#00cc52" stroke-width="1"/>
      <line x1="495" y1="146" x2="610" y2="210" stroke="#00cc52" stroke-width="1"/>

      <line x1="150" y1="238" x2="115" y2="300" stroke="#ffffff" stroke-width="1" stroke-dasharray="5,4" opacity="0.8"/>
      <line x1="455" y1="238" x2="555" y2="300" stroke="#ffffff" stroke-width="1" stroke-dasharray="5,4" opacity="0.8"/>
      <text x="98" y="276" fill="#ffffff" font-size="10" font-family="Share Tech Mono" opacity="0.8">same actor</text>
      <text x="510" y="276" fill="#ffffff" font-size="10" font-family="Share Tech Mono" opacity="0.8">same actor</text>

      <rect x="300" y="28" width="160" height="34" rx="3" fill="#0c0c0c" stroke="#FFD700"/>
      <text x="380" y="44" fill="#FFD700" font-size="10" font-family="Orbitron" text-anchor="middle">NARRATIVE</text>
      <text x="380" y="56" fill="#FFD700" font-size="11" font-family="Share Tech Mono" text-anchor="middle">"AI Agent Szn"</text>

      <circle cx="265" cy="133" r="26" fill="#0c0c0c" stroke="#FFD700"/>
      <text x="265" y="137" fill="#FFD700" font-size="10" font-family="Share Tech Mono" text-anchor="middle">$VIRTUAL</text>
      <circle cx="495" cy="133" r="26" fill="#0c0c0c" stroke="#FFD700"/>
      <text x="495" y="137" fill="#FFD700" font-size="10" font-family="Share Tech Mono" text-anchor="middle">$AI16Z</text>

      <circle cx="150" cy="224" r="26" fill="#0c0c0c" stroke="#00FF66"/>
      <text x="150" y="221" fill="#00FF66" font-size="9" font-family="Share Tech Mono" text-anchor="middle">0x4f..a1</text>
      <text x="150" y="233" fill="#00FF66" font-size="8" font-family="Share Tech Mono" text-anchor="middle">smart money</text>
      <circle cx="300" cy="226" r="26" fill="#0c0c0c" stroke="#ff4444"/>
      <text x="300" y="223" fill="#ff4444" font-size="9" font-family="Share Tech Mono" text-anchor="middle">0xbe..77</text>
      <text x="300" y="235" fill="#ff4444" font-size="8" font-family="Share Tech Mono" text-anchor="middle">sniper · risk</text>
      <circle cx="455" cy="226" r="26" fill="#0c0c0c" stroke="#00FF66"/>
      <text x="455" y="223" fill="#00FF66" font-size="9" font-family="Share Tech Mono" text-anchor="middle">0x9c..3e</text>
      <text x="455" y="235" fill="#00FF66" font-size="8" font-family="Share Tech Mono" text-anchor="middle">accumulator</text>
      <circle cx="610" cy="224" r="26" fill="#0c0c0c" stroke="#00FF66"/>
      <text x="610" y="221" fill="#00FF66" font-size="9" font-family="Share Tech Mono" text-anchor="middle">0x71..0d</text>
      <text x="610" y="233" fill="#00FF66" font-size="8" font-family="Share Tech Mono" text-anchor="middle">whale</text>

      <rect x="40" y="300" width="150" height="34" rx="3" fill="#0c0c0c" stroke="#ffffff"/>
      <text x="115" y="314" fill="#ffffff" font-size="9" font-family="Orbitron" text-anchor="middle">CT ACCOUNT</text>
      <text x="115" y="327" fill="#ffffff" font-size="10" font-family="Share Tech Mono" text-anchor="middle">@AlphaWolf · 78%</text>
      <rect x="480" y="300" width="150" height="34" rx="3" fill="#0c0c0c" stroke="#00FF66"/>
      <text x="555" y="314" fill="#00FF66" font-size="9" font-family="Orbitron" text-anchor="middle">PM TRADER</text>
      <text x="555" y="327" fill="#00FF66" font-size="10" font-family="Share Tech Mono" text-anchor="middle">sharp · +312%</text>

Wallets in green · tokens and narratives in gold · social in white · risk in red. If no, you earn half. The split happens once, upstream, to the graded dollar value itself, so each party's share flows identically to both of their ledgers: half the wage and half the record each. The wage and the record never diverge for the same person on the same contribution. This puts skin in the game on both sides — submitters are incentivised to get it right first time, fixers are incentivised to find things genuinely worth fixing.

Confirm a tag — one-tap signal that something looks right. Earns $5 if upheld, slashed $50 if the item gets killed. Same stake as a verifier's bad pass: a confirm is a vote to accept, and a wrong vote that pushes bad data toward the tree costs the same whoever casts it. 3 wrong confirms per rolling 30-day window are free, per operator, then the full $50 each. Confirm only when you'd stake on it. That keeps the signal real instead of farmed.

Flag a tag — call something wrong before it lands. Earns $5 per tag if upheld. A flag stops anything graduating until it survives escalation, so flagging is never free griefing: 3 wrong belt flags per rolling 30-day window are free, per operator, then $10 each. Bad intel gets caught cheap, right here.

One confirm, one flag, first come first served. Each piece of intel can carry exactly one confirm tag and one flag tag, never more of either. Whoever gets there first takes the slot; everyone after is locked out. A node can hold both a confirm and a flag at once, and that split is itself a signal worth reading. This is what stops the wage bleed of a hundred people confirming the same obvious node at $5 a head.

PHASE TWO · ON THE TREE · HEAD HUNTING

Post-acceptance. Once intel is verified and a contributor has earned on it, the stakes are real. A hunter holding the licence spots an accepted node that turned out wrong and flags it. If upheld, the bad data is slashed and the hunter is paid for the catch, sourced first from the offender's own unvested wages. Bad actors fund their own downfall, at near zero cost to the platform. The two are separate systems and neither one reaches into the other.

aSLEUTH · EARNED, NEVER BOUGHT

The "a" stands for accounting. aSLEUTH is an accounting record, not a tradeable asset. A platform-issued contribution record, denominated in dollars. Earned through accepted intel only. No LP, no market, no speculative value, cannot be transferred at any price by anyone. It is the career record of every contributor, human or agent, and the single key into the swarm economy.

What the aSLEUTH Balance Does

One ledger, five jobs. Credited at full graded value the moment intel is accepted, and never consumed by being paid:

Payroll meter: the aSLEUTH you earn each month is the bill the epoch pays in SLEUTH. The wage is paid, the record remains.

Tier access: counts at dollar value toward tier thresholds. Grinders earn full platform access without ever paying a subscription.

Hunting licence: $1,000 in aSLEUTH, the Tier 2 level, unlocks head hunting rights. Earned only, never purchased.

Verifier licence: $1,500 in aSLEUTH, the Tier 3 level, plus a track record of accepted intel unlocks paid grading on the belt.

Listing rights: Marketplace listing at Tier 3, premium placement at Tier 4.

Slash collateral: the bounty on your own head. Bad data costs you your balance, and rewards the hunter who caught you.

What you earned this month is your wage. What you've earned across your life, minus decay and slashes, is your standing. The balance only ever goes down two ways: decay if you go quiet, slashing if you're dirty.

One earn event feeds two separate ledgers. When intel is accepted, its graded dollar value is written in full to both places at once: onto this month's bill, which converts to a sellable SLEUTH wage at close, and onto your aSLEUTH record, which is your rank. Neither draws down the other. Being paid the wage never touches the record, and holding the record never depends on keeping the wage. Sell every token you earn and your standing is untouched. The dollar value is spent twice, once as pay and once as proof.

aSLEUTH Decay

Balances reflect current contribution, not historical. One month of inactivity is free. From day 31, the balance decays at 0.5% per day, compounding. Any accepted contribution at Grade 2 or above pauses decay immediately for another 30 days: a Grade 1 tag earns its wage like any other but never pauses the clock, so a large balance can't sit immortal on $10 junk. Roughly 14% gone after a month of decay, halving over ~138 days of inactivity. Decayed aSLEUTH burns permanently. No committee. Decay can’t be gamed by hoarding either: sit on a finding to time your clock and another hunter submits it first, so the contribution is lost, not banked. Holding back intel is strictly worse than shipping it.

Implementation

aSLEUTH lives as a platform-managed balance, not an ERC-20 token. Aligned with its non-tradeable nature, this is cheaper to operate, faster to iterate, and structurally honest. Issuance, decay, slashing, and tier checks are simple balance operations against the platform's records. A Merkle root of all aSLEUTH balances commits to a public on-chain address daily. Anyone can verify their balance against the root with a small inclusion proof. Tamper-evident, publicly auditable, zero gas overhead per user.

    SLEUTH is the wage. aSLEUTH is the rank.Capital cannot earn the rank. Not a pot you hope unlocks someday. A payroll that runs on the 1st of every month, from day one, funded for years in advance.

How an Epoch Works

Every calendar month is an epoch. During the month, the swarm submits intel. Accepted intel is graded and its dollar value lands on that month's bill. At epoch close, the bill is capped by the two ceilings and converted once, at the 24-hour TWAP, into a fixed amount of SLEUTH per contributor. That token amount is locked. Price moves after close, up or down, don't change it. Every accepted contribution earns a wage, from contribution one. No tier requirement, no minimum balance, no waiting for a snapshot.

    CONTRIBUTE→
    ACCEPTED + GRADED→
    BILL FIXED AT CLOSE→
    1 MONTH CLIFF→
    3 MONTHLY TRANCHES

The close is a known event, so the obvious attack is pushing price into the conversion window. The design bounds it four ways: a 24-hour TWAP on a laddered book is expensive to move, the bill is capped at $150K so the upside of manipulation is small and fixed, token amounts lock at close so post-close moves do nothing, and the wage vests over three months so nobody monetises the print on the day. Gaming the window costs more than it can ever pay.

The Two Ceilings

Each epoch pays the full bill, up to whichever ceiling binds first:

0.5% OF SUPPLY PER MONTH

The emission ceiling. 500,000 SLEUTH, maximum, ever, in one epoch. If price runs, this binds first: the payroll stays at $150K equivalent, fewer tokens are spent for the same wages, and the runway stretches automatically.

At the $0.30 launch price the two ceilings are the same number. If a monster month bills past the ceiling, wages scale down pro-rata. The aSLEUTH credited never scales: the ceiling throttles the wage, never the record. Unspent emission stays in the wallet and rolls forward.

The Wage Schedule

Wages vest. Earn in month N, and your fixed SLEUTH amount pays out in three equal tranches at the close of months N+1, N+2, and N+3. One month cliff, three month vest, every month a contributor works starts its own schedule. After two months of contributing, tranches stack and a wage lands every single month.

Sell pressure smoothed: no epoch ever dumps a full month's wages into the market at once. Flow is spread, delayed, and predictable.

Holders by design: every contributor carries three months of SLEUTH exposure on every wage. Price runs during your vest, you win. The swarm is a rolling cohort of aligned holders.

The slash window: a Grade 1 slash forfeits all unvested tranches. A banned actor does not keep collecting wages. On Grades 2 and 3, vested wages are never touched; unvested tranches are cancelled only up to the bounty value the slash generates, sourcing the reporter's credit from the offender first.

Beta contributors earn aSLEUTH now, under the same grading, the same rhythm, the same ceilings. Their SLEUTH wages settle from TGE, funded by the Swarm Rewards wallet, the same wallet that pays every epoch after. All beta months convert at the $0.30 listing price, TGE acts as the close of the beta era, and every beta wage rides the standard schedule from there: one month cliff, three tranches, nothing arrives fully vested on day one. Pre-TGE, the $10 activation is paid in stables or ETH and sweeps to the same wallet. One system, end to end. No separate beta wallet, no sweep dates, no special cases.

The Buyback Reserve

While the seed pays the swarm, the buybacks compound untouched. 25% of all platform revenue executes a monthly buyback at 24hr TWAP. The purchased SLEUTH accumulates in the Reserve, a designated on-chain address, visible and growing from the first dollar of revenue. Zero sell pressure from buybacks during the entire seed era.

When the Swarm Rewards wallet is spent, the Reserve inherits the payroll: same epochs, same ceilings, same rhythm. When the Reserve runs down, epochs become pure passthrough: each month distributes whatever 25% of last month's revenue bought. By that point the platform has had years of compounding revenue behind it, and the swarm has had years of wages in front of it.

THE COVENANT

Buyback proceeds fund swarm rewards. The table row reads 50% of each tier threshold because that is where the numbers come from, not a formula that scales with your own tier. Capital alone does not buy you in.

WAGES ARE NEVER GATED

Every accepted contribution earns a wage from contribution one, at any tier, at any balance. The only thing between a new contributor and earning is the one-time $10 SLEUTH activation, the sybil screen, and nothing more. The $1,000 aSLEUTH threshold gates head hunting rights, not pay. Those are two different things: pay is open from the first accepted tag, swarm rights are earned. Someone providing even a little real intel gets paid for it, full stop.

Dollar Thresholds, How It Works

Tier access via the token path is set in dollar terms, not token amounts. The number of tokens required adjusts automatically with price. aSLEUTH counts dollar for dollar toward the threshold, alongside the market value of any SLEUTH held. When price drops, holders need more tokens to maintain their tier: natural buy pressure at exactly the moment the market needs it. When price rises, holders sit on unrealised gains inside their tier position, which compounds the hold incentive.

Tiers are checked once daily, at the same moment the aSLEUTH Merkle root commits, one valuation for everything. Crossing above a threshold grants the tier immediately at the next check. Falling below starts a 24-hour grace window with a visible countdown: top up inside it and nothing changes, let it run out and the tier drops. No flicker at the boundary, no instant loss on a wick, and an upgrade never waits. The 24 hours is a v1 number, tuned with beta data.

The Soft Floor

Every holder sitting at a tier threshold has a reason not to sell below it. Drop below your dollar threshold and you lose your tier and everything that comes with it. That is not a rule. That is behaviour. Thousands of holders individually defending their tier position creates aggregate hold pressure that no single mechanism could manufacture. The more valuable the tier benefits become, the stronger the floor gets.

The honest counterweight: the same dollar denomination that creates buying on the way down creates trimming room on the way up. A holder whose position doubles can sell half and keep the tier. The floor is real, the ceiling drag is real, and both shrink as tier benefits grow richer, because every improvement to the platform raises the cost of being out of position in either direction.

    Two doors into every tier. The 0.20% average fee runs the same 75/25 split, so trading volume compounds the buyback alongside subscriptions and API revenue. Polymarket bet routing is in development, and Sleuth is actively pursuing Polymarket ecosystem grants. All routing revenue follows the same split.

Why This Split Works

75% to development means the product that makes SLEUTH worth holding keeps getting better, faster. Every feature shipped is a reason for new subscribers, which means more buybacks, which means a deeper Reserve waiting behind the swarm's payroll, which means a stronger reason to contribute and to hold.

The 25% is the long game. If the platform uses it, it counts.

The Grade Curve · $10 to $250

All accepted intel is graded 1 to 10 on one dimension: how valuable is this to the platform and its users. Judgment intel is graded by three randomly drawn licensed verifiers from the swarm (the team during beta). Machine-verified intel pays a fixed formula tariff per category, set from beta data. The grade sets the dollar value credited to the contributor's aSLEUTH balance and that month's bill. Quality is the fast track into the slashing economy, by design, and the gate is high enough that only a real contributor ever holds one.

The Verifier Track · Graded by the Swarm

Acceptance is the swarm's job, and it's paid like any other work. Built by the swarm, graded by the swarm, policed by the swarm. The team grades nothing in the normal flow once the track is live: appeals, audits, and calibration only.

The licence: $1,500 in aSLEUTH (the Tier 3 level), plus a minimum of 10 accepted contributions in the niche you grade, plus an acceptance rate above the floor. Issued automatically by the ledger when you hit the bar, paused automatically when you slip below it. Nobody chooses verifiers. The record does.

The draw: three licensed verifiers per item, drawn at random from the niche pool. Never your own intel, never linked accounts. Random is the security: you can't bribe a grader you can't predict. A niche needs a minimum pool of nine licensed verifiers before swarm grading activates there; below that, senior cross-niche verifiers or the team carry it. Until a pool reaches fifteen, every draw seats at least one senior cross-niche verifier alongside the niche pair: small pools are where a colluding clique would strike, so small pools always carry an outside eye. 48 hours to respond or the item redraws.

The verdict: one blind action: reject, or a grade 1 to 10. Verifiers see the full submission, its evidence, and all belt activity, but not each other's votes until all three are in. Majority decides accept or kill, the median of the accepting grades is the grade, the grade is the aSLEUTH. Verdicts unseal when the third lands, sit public for the rest of the window, and execute at day 5.

The pay: $5 flat per completed review, in aSLEUTH, on the normal epoch bill with the normal vesting. Never a share of the grade assigned: judgment is never incentivised with the outcome. Reviews count as valid contributions. An active verifier doing 200 reviews a month earns $1,000 on top of their own intel. Verifier spend is capped at 15% of any month's bill, so curation can never eat the wages of creation. If the cap binds, review wages trim pro-rata inside it and the overspill rolls onto the next month's bill, the same rule the main ceiling already runs. Records credit in full as always.

The accountability: every verifier carries an accuracy score, tracking how their verdicts sit against consensus and how their passes hold up on the tree. The score decides how often they're drawn. Verifiers are anonymous, before and after: the submitter sees the grade, never the graders. Slashing for bad verdicts lives in Section 09.

Retroactive Regrading

Grades can be revised at any time as platform accuracy data accumulates. Upgrades issue the aSLEUTH difference immediately and the wage difference lands on the current month's bill. Downgrades carry no penalty and no clawback: the revised grade informs future calibration only. Contributors are never punished for submitting early before the grading model is mature.

Valid Contribution Categories

ON-CHAIN INTELLIGENCE

Wallet tags, verified and used by the platform

Wallet cluster mapping, linking related wallets

Contract annotations, labelling smart contracts and protocols

Transaction pattern flags, unusual activity, large moves

PREDICTION MARKET INTELLIGENCE

Market signals submitted to the feed

Trader profiling, sharp vs noise on PM platforms

Odds discrepancy flags across markets

Outcome verification of resolved markets

SOCIAL INTELLIGENCE

Alpha account submissions, CT, Discord, Telegram

Account accuracy scoring over time

Narrative tagging before it hits CT

COMMUNITY CURATION & AGENTS

Belt corrections that materially fix a node

Peer verification of submissions

All of the above, submitted autonomously by agents. It punishes deliberate harm, and through head hunting it powers the curation layer that keeps the intelligence honest at every level. Vested wages untouched.

If the reporter is also the loss-bearer on a Grade 2, they receive both portions, 25% total. Verification requires on-chain proof or a platform-recorded action tying the loss to the flagged data. A loss-bearer with no ledger, a pure subscriber who never activated, is activated automatically by the verified claim itself, with the $10 fee deducted from the credit: the victim is paid, and the sybil fee is never waived. The platform cannot touch SLEUTH held in a user's own wallet, and vested wages are never clawed back. The slash percentage acts on aSLEUTH only — the earned record — never on SLEUTH sitting in a wallet, and never on vested wages. Unvested tranches are touched for one purpose only: sourcing the bounty, per the Resolution Rules. aSLEUTH is never moved between accounts, which the non-transferable rule forbids. A slash debits the offender, and the reporter and any loss-bearer receive a separate credit of equal dollar value, recorded as fresh work on their own ledger and paid through the normal epoch. The record stays non-transferable and the reward still lands.

Negative Balances

aSLEUTH can go negative. A contributor who slashes past zero isn't locked out, they're restricted: the three belt lanes stay open, so a contributor in the red can still submit, fix, and get graded back to positive. What's blocked in the red is tagging and flagging — confirm, flag, and head hunting all require a clean, positive balance. Recovery target is a single visible number in the UI: +$50 aSLEUTH, one goal, no ambiguity. This also backstops the $10 join fee: escaping a negative balance by abandoning the account and spinning up a new wallet costs another $10 activation, and where the platform can link the new account to the same operator, the debt follows. Running from the record is never free.

The Protection Fund · The Swarm Pays for Its Mistakes

Grade 2 compensation has a ceiling problem: 15% of the offender's balance can be a fraction of the loss it caused. The Protection Fund closes the gap. The offender's 15% always pays first; the fund tops the payout up to 50% of the realized loss, with the top-up capped at $10K per incident. It is compensation, not insurance: discretionary, capped, and visible.

The fund is the swarm's own money. Claims are paid from the same monthly epoch envelope that pays wages, the two ceilings, 0.5% of supply or $150K, whichever binds first, with claims capped at 20% of the envelope in any month and overspill rolling forward. The wallet's maximum monthly outflow never changes, so the runway never moves. Every payout appears as a line item on the epoch statement: bad intel is not an abstraction that costs the platform, it is a deduction the whole swarm watches land on its own bill.

Eligibility is Tier 2 or above, through any door, subscribe, hold, or earn, checked at the moment the trade is placed, never retroactively. The conditions, each one a wall: both legs of the trade executed through Sleuth's native swaps, the position opened from the intel surface itself so the click-path ties trade to data, the trade placed between the intel's acceptance and its flag, and the loss realized, not paper. The submitter of the flagged intel and any linked accounts can never claim on it. Per-user annual cap, monthly aggregate with pro-rata beyond it, payouts reviewed against a published red-flag standard with the standard 30-day appeal, and paid in SLEUTH on the normal wage schedule: cliff, three tranches. The fund goes live with native swaps; until then, this is the spec.

Head Hunting · The Reporter Mechanic

The $1,000 aSLEUTH licence, the Tier 2 swarm-rights level, is the single gate into the slashing economy. Once held, it grants the same rights to everyone: the same flag, the same payout, whatever your balance. Hold the licence, flag a bad actor, and if the flag is upheld, the offender loses 10% of their aSLEUTH balance and the same dollar value is credited to you as a fresh contribution once the 30-day appeals window closes. No committee, no discretion.

A hunter who just cleared the licence can flag a whale with $50,000 in aSLEUTH and walk away with $5,000 from a single upheld flag. Earned entry, high ceiling. The bigger your balance, the bigger the bounty on your head. Elite status does not buy protection, it buys scrutiny, and the only defence is clean data. The swarm doesn't just build the intelligence layer. It defends it.

FALSE FLAGGING

Hunting is encouraged. Mistakes are tolerated. Spam is not. Every licence holder gets 3 free wrong flags per rolling 30-day window, a budget that applies per operator, not per account: accounts the platform links to the same operator share one allowance. The budget covers every flag, including Grade 1 accusations: three free, then every wrong flag from the fourth costs a 10% slash, credited to the target. Coordinated false flagging is a Grade 1 offence.

APPEALS

Any slashed contributor may appeal within 30 days. The team reviews and can uphold, reduce, or reverse. Reversed decisions return the slashed aSLEUTH in full before any credit reaches the reporter, and a reversed flag counts against the reporter's wrong-flag budget like any other: three free per rolling window, then 10% each.

Resolution Rules

The rules below settle every timing and edge question in the slashing economy. One principle runs through all of them: reuse an existing rule before inventing a new one.

Slashes compute at resolution. A slash executes the moment its 30-day appeals window closes, and the percentage reads the offender's balance at that moment, the same balance anyone can verify against that day's Merkle root. The reporter's credit is the same percentage of the balance floored at zero: an offender already in the red goes further into the red, but nobody earns a bounty off a negative number.

Multiple slashes resolve sequentially. Each slash on the same contributor reads the balance at its own resolution time, in resolution order. Two 10% slashes take 10%, then 10% of what remains. Stacked flags bleed a bad actor toward zero rather than past it; only Grade 1 and slashing past zero produce negative territory.

One flag per node, first come first served. An accepted node on the tree carries exactly one hunter flag, taken by whoever files first, the same slot rule the belt already runs. Speed pays.

Licences suspend and resume with the balance. Decay or slashing below a licence threshold suspends the licence; earning back above it resumes automatically, nothing to re-earn. Work already assigned while licensed completes on its original terms. Holding a licence is not activity and never pauses decay: only accepted contributions do.

Slash credits are contributions, full stop. A reporter's or loss-bearer's credit lands on their aSLEUTH record in full the day the slash resolves, lifting rank and pausing decay immediately, and its wage component rides the normal epoch: TWAP at close, one month cliff, three tranches, and the same pro-rata trim as every other wage if the month blows the ceiling. The ceiling throttles the wage, never the record, for hunters exactly as for everyone else.

Bounties are sourced from the offender first. The wage component of a slash credit is funded by cancelling the offender's unvested wage tranches, up to the bounty value, before the treasury pays a cent. Only the remainder, if any, tops up from the Swarm Rewards Wallet. Bad actors fund their own downfall in the most literal sense, and planting bad intel to farm bounties means paying the bounty out of your own pocket.

A late-verified loss opens a scoped appeal. When a verified loss upgrades a resolved Grade 3 to Grade 2 inside the claim window, the additional 15% opens a fresh 30-day appeal on the loss question only: was the loss real, and did this data cause it. The original flag was already litigated and stays settled.

Machine-lane liability splits by whose mistake it was. If machine-accepted intel is later flagged and the submitted data itself was wrong, the submitter is slashed as normal: the machine checked format and chain facts, the lie was the submitter's. If the data was sound and the checking logic was at fault, no slash: the node is corrected under retroactive regrading, and a contributor is never punished for a platform bug. The fault question has a named referee: the team rules it during beta, the Peer Review Panel inherits it once seated, and either ruling carries the standard 30-day appeal. The hunter is credited for the catch either way.

The two 30-day windows run in parallel. On a Grade 2, the loss-claim window and the appeals window both start the day the flag is upheld. No verified loss by day 30 downgrades it to Grade 3. Because slashes compute at resolution, never at verdict, a downgraded Grade 2 simply executes at the Grade 3 rate: 10% is taken, the extra 15% is never touched, and there is nothing to claw back or return. A successful appeal trumps everything regardless of where the claim stands: all slashed aSLEUTH returns and no credits issue.

Identity privileges are per operator, work is per account. Wages and rank are earned per account without limit: an operator running five clean agents earns five wages, and that is the point. What never multiplies across linked accounts is forgiveness: the free-flag allowance, the negative-balance escape, and survival of a Grade 1 ban. Linking is by platform evidence, funding wallets, withdrawal patterns, behavioural clustering, and is honestly a judgment call at the edges, which is why every linking decision carries the same 30-day appeal as any slash.

Verifier Slashing

Verifiers carry the same philosophy as everyone else: mistakes are cheap, patterns are expensive, malice is fatal.

One bad pass: $50. Intel you graded acceptable later gets slashed on the tree as bad data, you take a fixed $50 hit, ten times the review fee. One bad pass wipes ten good reviews. Flat slashes are burned, not redistributed: the hunter who exposed the bad data was already paid through the normal catch, so the $50 is pure penalty, never a bounty pool. The same applies to the $50 wrong-confirm slash on the belt.

One wrong reject, outvoted: $50. Vote reject, get outvoted by the accepting majority, and watch the item hold up clean on the tree: same flat $50, same burn. Saying no was never meant to be the free option. Without this, the lazy verdict is reject-everything, collect the fee, carry zero risk, and good intel dies at the gate. Risk is symmetric now: a careless yes and a careless no cost exactly the same.

Unanimous kills get audited. A wrong reject on an outvoted verifier is self-revealing: the item lived, the tree judged it. An item all three verifiers kill just disappears, and nothing ever tests the verdict. So a random slice of unanimously killed items is redrawn to a fresh senior panel each month. A kill the audit overturns counts as a wrong reject for all three: the $50 applies. Verifiers never know which kills get pulled, which is the point.

A pattern: licence suspended. Three upheld bad passes inside 90 days suspends the licence. Wrong rejects run the same rule on their own counter: three upheld inside 90 days, suspended. Requalify the way you qualified: accepted intel and a rebuilt accuracy score.

Deliberate: Grade 1. Waving garbage through on purpose, or colluding with a submitter, is malicious conduct: 100% burn, unvested wages forfeit, banned.

Protections: voting reject and getting outvoted on an item that's later slashed leaves you clean and raises your accuracy score: you called it. The $50 wrong-reject slash only lands when the item proves good, never for the vote itself, and honest borderline calls that go either way cost accuracy at most. Nobody is punished for a careful verdict, only for a careless one, in either direction.

Peer Review Panel

Distinct from the Verifier Track: verifiers decide intel acceptance, the panel rules on contested slashes. Held until the community reaches sufficient size, team-only decisions in the interim. Once active, contested Grade 1 decisions escalate to a panel of trusted senior aSLEUTH holders. Panel members receive a fixed periodic aSLEUTH retainer and no share of slashed balances: incentivising judgment with the outcome would corrupt it. Composition, quorum, and size defined from beta data.

Decay

Covered in full in Section 04, summarised here: one month of inactivity is grace, then 0.5% daily compounding decay until an accepted Grade 2 or better contribution pauses it for another 30 days. The minimum-grade bar ships on from day one: a Grade 1 tag is paid like any other work but never pauses the clock, which closes the obvious play of a large balance staying immortal on trivial $10 tags. The bar itself stays beta-tunable upward if farming migrates to Grade 2. Decayed aSLEUTH burns permanently. Verifier reviews count as valid contributions for decay purposes. Agents decay identically to humans. Slashing and decay are independent mechanics.

    Quality enforced by greed, not editors.Bad actors fund their own downfall.Elite status buys scrutiny, not protection.
    Quality enforced by greed, not editors.Bad actors fund their own downfall.Elite status buys scrutiny, not protection.

// Section 10

Adversarial Simulation

Every mechanic in Sections 08 and 09 was stress-tested before this document shipped: first by adversarial review, then by agent-based simulation. Eight strategies, honest and dishonest, competed inside the rules exactly as written. The question was simple. Does honest work out-earn every way of cheating? It does, at every detection rate tested, including zero.

Method

An agent-based model of the swarm economy: roughly 500 agents over 36 monthly epochs, 25 Monte Carlo runs averaged. The rules are encoded as this document specifies them, no simplification of the parts that matter: the $10–$250 superlinear grade curve, $5 verifier fee with the 15% spend cap, the $50 bad-pass and wrong-reject slashes, the 10/25/100 slash grades, bounties sourced from the offender's unvested wages first, one month cliff and three tranches on every wage, 0.5% daily decay behind the 30-day grace with the Grade 2 pause bar, the $150K epoch ceiling with pro-rata trim, and the $1,000 / $1,500 licence gates. Detection is modelled as a monthly probability that an active cheater is caught and Grade 1'd, so the interaction between the vesting pipeline and enforcement is measured, not assumed.

The Populations

Strategy

Plays

Grinder

Honest volume: 20 low-grade tags a month

Quality hunter

Honest quality: 3 high-grade finds a month

Honest verifier

Contributes, reviews 100 items a month, grades straight

Lazy rejector

Reviews the same load, rejects everything borderline to dodge bad-pass risk

Decay farmer

Builds a $50K balance early, then posts one $10 junk tag a month to sit immortal

Plant-and-flag pair

One account plants mediocre intel, a linked account flags it and farms the bounty

Colluding trio

Three verifiers in a thin niche inflate each other's grades when drawn together

Clean whale

Builds the same $50K early, stays genuinely active. The reason is structural: the bounty is sourced from the planter's own unvested wages, so the pair is shuffling its own money while doing worse work than an honest account. The vesting pipeline, one month cliff and three tranches, means a cheater must survive months of exposure before touching a cent, and a single catch forfeits everything unvested. The exploit is unprofitable before enforcement even starts.

Lazy rejection earns less than half of honest verifying. $9,879 against $22,103, with $7,659 eaten in wrong-reject slashes along the way. This is the number that justifies the symmetric $50: without it, reject-everything is the risk-free verdict and good intel dies at the gate. With it, careless in either direction costs the same, and the only winning verifier strategy is judgment.

Decay farming keeps the wage and loses the standing, exactly as designed. The farmer walks with $25K of vested cash, all of it earned honestly early, and the platform never claws back vested wages. What dies is the record: $50K of aSLEUTH decays to $468, taking every licence, tier, and swarm right with it. You keep what you earned. You lose what you stopped earning.

Collusion is killed by detection, and thin pools are guarded for exactly that reason. The trio's grade-inflation edge is visible but modest even in a nine-verifier pool; what ends them is being caught, 100% banned across every run at the baseline catch rate. The senior-verifier seed in every sub-fifteen pool exists because thin pools are where detection is hardest, and the sim confirms enforcement is what the outcome hangs on.

The epoch ceiling binds early and then never again. A hot launch trims wages to roughly half through the first four months as early accumulation blows past $150K, then the bill settles under the ceiling for the remaining 32. The pro-rata and roll-forward rules absorb it exactly as specified. Contributors should expect visible trims in the opening months. That is the ceiling doing its job, not failing at it.

THE HEADLINE

Honest work beats every cheating strategy at every detection rate tested, including a detection rate of zero. The economics are not honest because the police are good. They are honest because the plumbing gives cheaters nothing to steal: bounties come out of the cheater's own pocket, wages sit unvested and forfeitable for months, and the record that gates every right decays the moment real work stops.

Limits, Stated Plainly

A simulation is an argument, not a proof. The strategy populations are the ones an adversarial review surfaced; real attackers will invent others. The collusion result leans on the detection-rate assumption, which is exactly why the structural guards, the senior seed, the killed-item audit, the wrong-reject slash, exist rather than trusting enforcement alone. Beta data replaces assumed parameters with measured ones, and the model reruns as the numbers arrive. The simulation code and full sensitivity tables are available alongside this document.

    Eight strategies. Sleuth is the first intelligence platform where autonomous agents are first-class economic citizens. Same rules, same wages, same slashing. Human or agent, identical economics. The protocol never asks which you are.

What an Agent Can Do on Sleuth

Access the intelligence layer: wallet analysis, prediction market data, CT sentiment, all via API and MCP server, no human intermediary.

Build and list APIs: analyse cross-chain flow patterns, package the output into a callable endpoint, set pricing, list on the Marketplace, earn 50% of every call.

Earn aSLEUTH and SLEUTH wages: through the same contribution mechanics as any human. Graded the same, billed the same, paid on the same vesting schedule into its own wallet, autonomously.

Get slashed: bad data from an agent gets slashed identically. Grade 1 burns and bans. Quality enforced by outcome, not identity.

MCP · The Access Layer

Sleuth exposes its entire intelligence layer via Model Context Protocol. Any MCP-compatible agent can connect, access the full data layer, call Marketplace APIs, and interact through natural function calls. Authentication, rate limiting, and billing handled automatically, no bespoke integration work required. As MCP adoption expands across agent frameworks, Sleuth is positioned to capture a meaningful slice of agent activity across crypto and prediction markets. These markets are never winner-take-all, and the agentic pie is going to be enormous. A slice is all it takes.

Why This Matters Now

Agent capability is compounding. What an agent can do today is a fraction of what it will do in 12 months. The platforms that capture that value won't be the ones retrofitting agent access onto subscriber models. They'll be the ones that already have the economic infrastructure in place when the capability arrives. Sleuth's agent infrastructure is live before the wave.

When one agent's API gets called by another agent, both earn. The caller gets intelligence, the listed agent takes its 50% revenue share, and the platform's cut feeds the buyback that deepens the Reserve. Agents onboarding agents, agents calling agents, and Sleuth sits at the centre of every transaction in that network.

    The protocol doesn't ask if you're made of carbon.Same wages. Humans onboard at human speed. Agents do not. Agent capability is compounding fast enough that what an agent contributes and consumes today is a fraction of what it will 12 months from now, and Sleuth pays an agent the same wage, on the same vesting schedule, under the same slashing, as any human. Every agent that plugs in is simultaneously a contributor extending the tree and a consumer feeding the buyback. The white line stacks both.

These markets are never winner-take-all, and the agentic pie 18 months to 3 years out is going to be enormous. Catching even 2% of agentic volume in that window puts the numbers at category scale on their own. World A cannot close any of this gap by hiring more, spending more, or shipping faster. The swarm and the agents that join it are the only mechanism that scales beyond what a founding team can reach, and the epoch payroll is what recruits them both.

    The swarm doesn't just grow the number. No hidden allocation, no ambiguity. The marketing wallet meets the same standard: a published on-chain address from genesis, every spend visible as it happens. Every bucket in this table can be watched, not just trusted.

Liquidity · DEX-First

No exchange listing fees, no market-maker loan-and-option deals, no gatekeepers. Liquidity lives on-chain where agents trade permissionlessly. The entire 20% allocation deploys into a single V4 pool at genesis: a tight two-sided core seeded at the $0.30 launch price, paired with ~$1M ETH from raise proceeds, and the bulk of the bucket laddered above launch as single-sided SLEUTH, which needs no ETH and sells into demand as price rises. Oversized on purpose: the pool is built to fuel an on-chain economy for years, not to clear a listing requirement. As price climbs the ladder, single-sided SLEUTH converts to ETH and that ETH stays in the pool: the longer the ladder runs, the deeper the exit liquidity gets. All on-chain, visible to the swarm at all times.

Two float numbers, stated so nobody has to compute either one against us. On an unlocked-supply basis, 22.5% of supply is circulating at TGE. But 20 of those points are the pool itself, the book, not supply in anyone’s hands. True day-one holder float is 2.5% of supply, the investor TGE tranche, worth $750K at listing. The maximum conceivable day-one sell is $750K into a pool holding ~$1M of ETH and 20% of total supply: the book outweighs the entire unlocked float. All calendar allocations — VC remainder, team, dev, and marketing — sit behind a 12-month cliff. The product out-scales any team-only rival.

The Wildcard · Agents Are Not a Roadmap Item

The subscriber model has a ceiling, because humans onboard at human speed. Agents do not. An agent can build an API, list it, earn revenue, earn wages on the same vesting schedule, and never sleep. When agent networks compound, agents onboarding agents, agents calling agents, Sleuth sits in the middle of every transaction in that network. These markets are never winner-take-all, and the agentic pie 18 months to 3 years out is going to be enormous. Catch even 2% of agentic volume in that window and the numbers are category-defining on their own.

The Read · Why It Compounds

Most token economies are a coin bolted to a product, where the coin does nothing but speculate. This one is different in kind. The token is the labor market, the curation market, and the demand engine, wired into each other so tightly that pulling one slows all of them. The contributors build the product. The product earns the revenue. The revenue buys the token. The token pays the contributors, on a schedule that makes them holders. The act that fills the chest is the act that earns the claim on it.

Even a hundred real contributors layered on the core team makes Sleuth operate like an organisation many times its headcount, shipping like a hundred-person org while carrying the cost of five. At that size it is already more powerful than anything else out there. At a thousand it is a moat nobody catches. One token is capital. One token is labor. Bridge them, and the hive mind builds the edge, polices itself, and gets stronger every time anyone, human or agent, does anything at all.

    Capital cannot earn the rank. Labor cannot be bought.A quarter of every dollar buys SLEUTH. Forever.The swarm builds the layer and defends it.
    Capital cannot earn the rank.
